Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc. (PCF) has entered a long-term license agreement to provide Cox Media Group (CMG) use of Dart, its enterprise-wide, fully integrated home delivery and distribution fulfillment software platform.
The deal comes after a pilot where Dart’s integrated modules were successfully deployed to meet CMG’s desire for an all-encompassing solution that provides daily route book production and delivery reports, route management and optimization tools. CMG also plans to take advantage of Dart’s automated recovery dispatch, delivery verification, complaint management and carrier compensation tools.
Work is already underway to complete the set-up and integration of Dart and its data warehouse for CMG. Dart software, backed by PCF’s dedicated support team, will be available to distributor operations across four CMG publications: The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Austin American Statesman, Dayton Daily News and The Palm Beach Post.
“We’re proud that CMG chose Dart to be an integral part of their last mile print distribution operations,” said Kevin Daly, PCF’s Chief Operating Officer. “Tested, proved and at the heart of our own delivery network, we are excited to share this suite of solutions with CMG and look forward to supporting their commitment to print clients and consumers in the years to come.”
