In a continuation of work for La Prensa, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, where it has completed the masterplan for a greenfield headquarters and full production facility, the firm is now working up equipment requests for proposals and a complete return-on-investment analysis, as well as continuing on into schematic design and space planning.
The architects and consultants also won a contract with Gazeta do Povo, Curitiba, Brazil, to perform a front-to-back operational analysis and strategic planning to facilitate a final feasibility analysis. The 89-year-old newspaper is owned by Rede Paranaense de Comunica??es.
A third project calls for a large masterplan in Vung Tau, Vietnam.
