Defense Commissary Agency to Stop Magazine, Newspaper Sales Overseas

Overseas commissaries will stop selling magazines and newspapers sometime in January, officials said.

The action does not affect stores in the continental U.S., Hawaii or Alaska, said Defense Commissary Agency spokesman Kevin Robinson. Holiday editions of periodicals sent overseas will not be affected in December, he said.
