Dow Jones, ‘USA Today’ Sites Partner With Tacoda for Online Ads

Tacoda has announced that both the Dow Jones Online network of business and financial sites, as well as, the Web site of the nation’s largest newspaper, have joined the company’s audience networks.

Web sites participate in the Tacoda networks by providing anonymous information about their unique users which can then be analyzed by Tacoda in order to target specific advertising spots to the same users (or similar users) elsewhere in the network. The system allows Web sites to target their ads to consumers who are more likely to be affected by the ads. Tacoda’s partners now include 4,000 sites and reach 150 million unique visitors to those sites each month.
