Entertainment Journalist Will Keck Moving from ‘USA Today’ to ‘TV Guide’

By: E&P Staff

Will Keck will join TV Guide magazine — which offers television listings and other content that’s also syndicated to newspapers — July 14 as a senior editor in its Hollywood bureau.

Keck is moving from USA Today, where he covered TV and entertainment the past five years.

The new senior editor will launch a weekly TV Guide column about the latest TV news, shows, and stars; write features and news stories; and report from the “red carpet” at entertainment events.

In his first assignment, Keck will file from the Television Critics Association press tour being held in Los Angeles from July 14-22.

Prior to joining the TV Guide staff, Keck served as a weekly on-air contributor for the TV Guide Network program “Hollywood 411.” He has also written entertainment stories for various other magazines and the Los Angeles Times.

The Keck announcement was made today by TV Guide Editor-in-Chief Debra Birnbaum.
