The northern Idaho prosecutor who’s under investigation over harassment allegations exchanged sexually explicit e-mails on his county computer with two female co-workers.
Kootenai County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Rick Baughman is on paid leave while an independent prosecutor looks into claims by two former employees he made lewd comments, pestered them for dates and inappropriately touched them.
Now, the Spokesman-Review newspaper has obtained copies of sexually graphic e-mails exchanged by the trio as well as other county employees.
County elected officials say the content of the e-mails violates policy.
Some want an investigation into potential widespread abuse of Internet access by county employees.
