Finland’s Anygraaf Oy reports installations at a daily, weekly and newspaper group in that country. Alasatakunta is about to install advertising, circulation and distribution management software from the Helsinki-based developer, whose U.S. subsidiary is based in Frederick, Md. The installation includes the AProfit ad-management suite and the CProfit sales and distribution system.

The local daily, located in Southern Finland, will use AProfit for booking, billing and tracking ads. With the system, ad order entry and ad tracking are integrated with asset management and page and edition planning solutions, according to Anygraaf. The paper will use CProfit to manage subscription, delivery and customer information. The two solutions can be integrated so that AProfit can be used to handle billing and subscriptions entered in CProfit.

Anygraaf recently installed its Doris32 editorial system at the weekly Keski-Pohjanamaa, where it includes the Doris32 asset management and publishing production system, as well as the AProfit ad-management and CProfit sales and distribution systems. The paper will use Adobe InDesign for pagination.

Doris32 includes integrated archiving and management for various document types, including articles, images, pages and graphics, as well as audio and video clips. The multi-channel system is designed to offer a write-once, publish-many environment to allow users to generate and manage content for print and electronic media at the same time.

Suomenmaa, in Vantaa, also chose Anygraaf’s Doris32 editorial and AProfit ad-management solutions, making it the final member of the Suomenmaa publishing group to install Anygraaf software. Editorial pagination will utilize Adobe InDesign. Implementation is under way.

Selection of Anygraaf’s solution means Suomenmaa can consolidate editorial, circulation and advertising systems into one comprehensive, integrated solution, according to Anygraaf.
