Finnish newspaper publisher, TS-Yhtym? Oy, has chosen Anygraaf to implement new advertising-management and Web content-management systems. Installation is to begin this month.

The AProfit ad-management suite and one of Anygraaf’s latest offerings, the ePlanner Web-based publication-planning tool will complement Anygraaf’s Doris32 asset-management and publishing-production system, which the papers already use.

Doris32 includes integrated archiving and management for many document types including articles, images, pages and graphics, as well as audio and video clips. A multi-channel production system, it supports a write-once, publish-many environment, letting users easily manage content for print and electronic media at the same time.

AProfit offers full functionality for booking, billing and tracking ads. Order entry and ad tracking are managed within a system that integrates with asset-management and page- and edition-planning solutions. AProfit saves time and gives customers greater access with capabilities to book ads, submit material and approve proofs via the Internet. AProfit also will integrate with ePlanner to provide integrated ad tracking.

Visually oriented ePlanner, for creating and controlling Web-based publications, allows planning, building and managing a Web site. As an integrated component of the Doris32 system, ePlanner enables content-management from within Doris and from external sources. It also allows papers to maintain Web features such as message forums, video and audio galleries, reader polls, and ad-placement management.

Doris ePlanner shows the status of all materials assigned to a page, including publication date, number of views, and location of article within the publication. Article statistics, such as number of views, also are stored in a database for analysis. Materials can be scheduled for automatic publication and/or removal from the Web on a specific date and time. Two-way content management allows readers submit content, which is moved into the Doris32 editorial system for easy review and handling by editors.
