Data Partners Inc. of Fort Myers, Fla., is now offering newspapers new mover mail and telemarketing data updated daily.
The LiveWire New Movers product is based on directory assistance information that is updated nightly. Data Partners says it applies proprietary technology to identify prospects who’ve just established telephone service, enabling marketers to reach new mover prospects within hours or days of move in.
“The decision to subscribe to a newspaper is one of the first decisions a person makes when moving into a new residence,” said Jody Pelfrey, vice president at Data Partners. “So, it’s vitally important for newspapers to reach new movers quickly. Most new mover databases are at least 30 days old. By that time, movers have likely already decided which newspaper to subscribe to.”
Pelfrey adds that newspapers can use LiveWire to track their current subscribers to learn within days where they move so they can transfer subscriptions. “Newspapers can also learn when one of their subscribers moves out of market so they can try to sell them the newspaper via mail or via e-mail,” he says.
Most of Data Partners’ existing clients are in the cable TV industry. The company was started just over two years ago.
