‘Foreign Policy’ Names ‘Top 10 Stories You Missed’ for 2006

International politics magazine Foreign Policy has published a list of 10 stories from the past year that, for one reason or another, remained below the media’s radar. The list includes the newly introduced “hackable” U.S. passports, secret talks that have been held between ostensible enemies Iran and Israel, the weapons race that has emerged in Latin America, and money from the U.S. that has gone to fund weapons purchases by the Taliban in Afghanistan.
