Neasi-Weber International, Valencia, Calif., announced Friday that Dennis J. Neasi and James S. Weber will step down from day-to-day involvement in the company they founded 30 years ago and turn over responsibility for all operations to Michael Brier, who was promoted to president.
With Neasi-Weber for 18 years, Brier has held several senior management positions, the most recent being chief operating officer.
The privately held company specializes in the development of software for the business needs of newspapers and magazines. Its products include the ADMARC (Advertising Management and Accounts Receivable Control) and DISCUS (Distribution Management and Customer Information Circulation) systems.
