Two King Features Syndicate comics are near the top of the list of Internet search topics that have sent visitors to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer’s Web site this year.

SeattlePI.com blogger/senior online producer Brian Chin wrote that the most popular search topics after the Post-Intelligencer name itself included “Funky Winkerbean” by Tom Batiuk and “Zits” by Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman. Among other subjects of interest were Boeing, the Seattle Seahawks, and general Seattle news.

Chin’s blog post was mentioned today on ComicsReporter.com.
