“The K Chronicles” by self-syndicated cartoonist Keith Knight won the Glyph Award as best comic strip this weekend at the East Coast Black Age of Comics Convention in Philadelphia.

Other nominees included “(th)ink” by Knight, “Candorville” by Darrin Bell of the Washington Post Writers Group, and “Watch Your Head” by Cory Thomas of WPWG.
