GOSS MAKES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Press Equipment Supplier Shuffles Top Execs


Goss Graphics Systems Inc. of Chicago has made several senior
management changes to be effective May 1.

Richard Sutis, who was executive vice president, has been named
president of the printing press equipment supplier. Matt Cribari,
formerly senior vice president of manufacturing, will become
executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Sutis and Cribari, along with Joseph Gaynor, executive vice
president and chief financial officer, will form the office of
the chief executive.

“It is time to place full management responsibility in the hands
of other senior members of the Goss management team who have
worked closely with me,” said James Sheehan, Goss’ current
chairman of the board, president, and CEO, in a statement. “When
I assumed my current role in early 1999, my goal was to guide
Goss through a comprehensive operational and financial
restructuring to return the company to a high level of
performance.”

Other management changes include Dick Schultz to senior vice
president, global sales from vice president, Asia Pacific; Tom
Hojnicki to senior vice president, global parts and service from
vice president, Americas customer sales and service; Dan Machaj
to senior vice president, global engineering from vice president,
engineering.
