‘Hartford (Conn.) Courant’ Readers Choose ‘Lio’ Comic

By: E&P Staff

“Lio” is starting today in the Hartford (Conn.) Courant after winning an online comics poll.

Voters chose Mark Tatulli’s Universal Press Syndicate strip over “Brevity,” “F Minus,” “On a Claire Day,” and “Silo Roberts.”

“Lio” (the subject of a May 2006 story in E&P magazine) is a dialogue-less comic starring an offbeat boy. It entered syndication May 15.
