A months-long spike in the price of paper, driven by federal tariffs imposed by the Trump administration on Canadian suppliers, is slamming newspapers at a time when the news about the news industry wasn’t very good to begin with.

    As recent history has demonstrated so clearly, there exists a war of words, accusations and repeated calls for impeachment between the media and President Trump never seen previously. The irony does not go unnoticed and reminds me of a very hard lesson in life. There is no such thing as a small enemy.
