Jarrod Ramos Admits Killing Five in Capital Gazette Newsroom Attack

Jarrod Ramos, accused of killing five people in a shooting rampage at the offices of the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Md., admitted in court Monday that he committed the offenses, setting the stage for a jury to decide whether Ramos was so mentally ill at the time that he should not be held legally culpable.
