Kevin “KAL” Kallaugher has produced an animated short for Economist.com featuring his digital George W. Bush puppet, according to the Daily Cartoonist blog.
The digital Dubya was created at the University of Maryland’s Imaging Research Center
Kallaugher has been The Economist magazine’s editorial cartoonist for 28 years. The former Sun of Baltimore staffer’s work is distributed by the Cartoonists & Writers Syndicate/New York Times Syndicate.
