Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, N.Y., named Jeffrey Hayzlett chief marketing officer and vice president for its Graphic Communications Group. He replaces Barbara A. Pellow, who left Kodak for personal reasons in February.
Hayzlett has nearly 25 years of international marketing, sales and customer-relations management experience in the graphic communications industry. He reports to Jim Langley, GCG president and Kodak senior vice president.
Most recently president and chief executive officer of the Hayzlett Companies Inc., a group of successful companies in the technology and communications industries, Hayzlett’s primary business was Hayzlett & Associates Inc., a business development and public relations firm specializing in the graphic arts, technology and communications industries. Before that, he was executive vice president for Cenveo (formerly Mail-Well), a provider of commercial print, envelope and label products. He earlier co-founded and led Webprint, a business to business e-commerce infrastructure provider for on-demand printers, and was an owner and executive at Colorbus, Inc., which developed, made and sold network PostScript print servers to enable high-quality color images from digital color and black and white copiers and printers.
Earlier in his career, Hayzlett served as state director and chief of staff for Rep. Tom Daschle and as an issues policy analyst for Sen. George McGovern.
