KOZ.com CHOOSES ADFORCE FOR NATIONAL ADVERTISING

Company Offers Network Of Community Publishing Sites



KOZ.com, the community publishing tool provider based in Research Triangle,
N.C., has selected AdForce to provide national online advertising services.


‘National online advertising strengthens KOZ.com’s diversified revenue mix
and simultaneously returns revenue to the company’s local affiliates to help
them sustain their online community initiatives,’ CEO Mike Moran said in a
statement.



AdForce will act as a third-party ad server for KOZ.com’s online community
network which includes more than 450 newspapers, TV stations, radio stations,
and Internet service providers (ISPs). KOZ will include AdForce’s online
advertising in its community building package, which includes Community
Publishing System 4.0, ichat 2000, and Community Commerce.


AdForce, with offices in California, New York, and Hong Kong, handles online ad
management and delivery services.



KOZ.com receives funding from CMGI Inc., which has a majority ownership of
AdForce.
