McCutcheon Moves To Board Chair, Vitter To CEO
KOZ, based in Research Triangle, N.C., has named Steve Vetter CEO
of the online community and commerce software company.
Vetter, formerly of VSD Comunications and American Broadcasting
Co., has replaced Linda McCutcheon, who will remain at the
company as chair of the board.
Sam Whitt, formerly executive vice president of business and
legal affairs, has been named chief operating officer while Brian
Monroe will continue as chief technology officer and executive
vice president. Both Monroe and Whitt will continue to run the
company’s day-to-day operations, according to McCutcheon.
McCutcheon said of her new role: “I will continue to play a major
role in the success of KOZ by focusing on enterprise sales and
taking advantage of my industry relationships.”
