Lance Gould Named Deputy M.E. at N.Y. ‘Daily News’

The New York Daily News announced today that Lance Gould has been named deputy managing editor for features. He will work with features managing editor Colleen Curtis in overseeing all coverage related to arts and entertainment, food, travel, gossip, and fashion.

Most recently, Gould was executive editor at Men’s Fitness. Prior to that, he was editor-in-chief of Drill Magazine, a publication aimed at young men in the military.

This is Gould’s second stint with the Daily News. He left the paper in 2003 as deputy features editor in the entertainment section.
