ABC-TV is planning to air a new “Peanuts” animated special in late November, according to the Charles M. Schulz Museum’s Web site.

Schulz helped complete the storyboard for “He’s a Bully, Charlie Brown” shortly before his death in February 2000.

A preview showing is scheduled for Oct. 21 at the museum, which is in Santa Rosa, Calif. The event will be hosted by producer Lee Mendelson, who worked with Schulz on “Peanuts” specials along with director Bill Melendez.

“He’s a Bully, Charlie Brown” was mentioned today on DailyCartoonist.com.

“Peanuts” reruns continue to be syndicated by United Media.
