PARIS — Le Monde said Friday that it had reached an agreement to take full ownership of the newspaper’s digital affiliate, Le Monde Interactif, by buying a 34 percent stake from another French publisher, Lagardère.

Acquiring 100 percent of Le Monde Interactif, which includes the newspaper’s Web site, has been a major goal of the new owners of Le Monde, a group of three French businessmen who bought the company last year.
