The editor of the Lincoln newspaper that saw its building destroyed by fire says he’s hopeful the staff will be able to put out the next edition on time.

Lincoln News Editor and Publisher Kevin Tenggren says there?s a 75 percent chance the next issue will hit newsstands on time Thursday.

He says that after the Nov. 5 fire the staff moved into the former Lincoln Historical Society offices.

Tenggren tells the Bangor Daily News the only difficulty was a lack of Internet access.

Meanwhile, investigators are continuing to search for the cause of the fire that destroyed the building that housed the Lincoln News Print Services. There were no injuries.

The Lincoln News has a circulation of about 6,300 in the Katahdin and Lincoln Lakes regions.
