Pittsburgh-based Matrix Solutions, provider of sales strategy software and consulting services to media companies, has announced its new sales-strategy and account-management solution, Matrix SalesCenter.
Matrix SalesCenter builds on MatrixPlus, Matrix Solutions flagship solution, by delivering an enterprise-ready strategic account solution, replicating and in some cases improving and expanding MatrixPlus business functions while adding new, advanced features.
Matrix SalesCenter helps media sales people focus on developing the “right” business, increasing productivity and sales. It retains valuable account intelligence for customer-service management, provides accurate forecasts to measure a team’s progress against multiple budget options, and offers a broad to detailed view of sales trends and projections.
Matrix SalesCenter was created using a combination of Microsoft’s .Net platform with a SQL database, providing extensibility, scalability and the potential to integrate more easily with other applications. In addition, Smart Client technology allows for a rich user experience with the same ease-of-use enjoyed by MatrixPlus users.
