Maureen Dowd, the New York Times opinion columnist, has finally produced her first book. Her hardback debut, “Bushworld,” will be published in August by G.P. Putnam’s Sons, timed to coincide with the political conventions and the fall campaign, the publisher announced today.
Putnam’s says, “It is destined to be one of the most remarkable works of the year — a mustread for anyone interested in American politics and the Presidency.”
On April 27, the Times published a Dowd column about “Bushworld,” which she described this way: “It’s their reality. We just live and die in it. ”
