McClatchy-Tribune Information Services (MCT) announced today that the Landov image-rights management agency will represent its photography.
“Working with Landov will give our contributors a great deal of additional exposure in non-newspaper markets,” MCT Editor Jane Scholz said in a statement.
Landov will represent MCT’s photos covering U.S. and world news, business, sports, entertainment, food, lifestyle, travel, and special events such as the Oscars and Super Bowl. The agency will also represent MCT’s archive.
MCT, formerly Knight Ridder/Tribune, joins a roster of other media organizations from that have partnered with Landov. They include Reuters, UPI, Itar-Tass, Kyodo, Xinhua, and DPA, among others.
Tribune Media Services markets MCT, which gets content from more than 300 newspapers and supplies content to about 1,200 media clients worldwide.
