In a series of “road shows” this fall, MediaSpan in Ann Arbor, Mich., will look at operational efficiencies and profitability, especially in the current economic climate. Eamonn Byrne, business director for the World Association of Newspapers, will be the featured speaker. The first session will be held Aug. 27 in Ann Arbor.
In the meantime, MediaSpan reports software installations at more than 50 newspapers in the last quarter. Editorial solutions went into: Advocate Co., Barbados; Aiken (S.C.)
