Content-management solution provider MerlinOne Inc., Quincy Mass., signed the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times to its E-Sheets hosted electronic tearsheet service.
The selection was based on MerlineOne’s total U.S. market coverage and advertiser acceptance in Florida, according to Times Credit Manager Kimberly Riley. Dailies in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, West Palm Beach and Florida’s Treasure Coast also use MerlinOne’s tearsheet service.
“E-Sheets provides a one-stop service, and we want to provide that for not only our large national and regional advertisers but for our smaller clients as well.” Riley said in a statement.
The Times has begun implementing E-sheets and is scheduled to go live in early 2007.
E-Sheets currently hosts more than 70 million U.S. ad records and 7 million PDF newspaper pages from more than 1.5 million advertisers and 38,000 agencies, according to MerlinOne. With one login, advertisers can securely view and manage their ads and tearsheets across multiple publications. To E-Sheets, newspapers can add LiveInvoice to send electronic invoices with click-and-pay features, AdReady for ad proof/verification, and LiveEdition, a new online newspaper edition.
