The Military Times Media Group has relaunched the Web sites of Army Times, Navy Times, Air Force Times and Marine Corps Times, with a new emphasis on comprehensive, up-to-the-minute reporting on military news and information. The new sites will sport fresh new designs and will be more video-friendly.
“This is more than just a relaunch of our websites — it marks a fundamental shift in our business,” said Elaine Howard, President and CEO of Army Times Publishing Company in a written statement about the relaunch. “We’re turning our newsroom into a nearly 24/7 operation, doubling our native story output for online and expanding our use of video and multimedia. These will be the deepest, most useful and most informative military sites on the web.”
