An item in today’s New York Daily News reveals that in a forthcoming interview for the gay-oriented magazine The Advocate, Sen. Hillary Clinton was asked if she was (according to certain rumors) a “lesbian,” and she actually replied.
“Hillary Clinton officially declared she’s not a lesbian – not that there’s anything wrong with that,” the Daily New discloses.
The magazine’s Sean Kennedy asked, “How do you respond to the occasional rumor that you’re a lesbian?”
“People say a lot of things about me, so I really don’t pay any attention to it,” Sen. Clinton (D-N.Y.) replied. “It’s not true, but it is something that I have no control over. People will say what they want to say.”
Following up, the Daily News asked Kennedy for his updated views. He said he was now “100%” convinced “she’s a straight, heterosexual woman.”
