Parade has launched the first iPhone application for its numbers game Numbrix, created by Marilyn vos Savant.
Numbrix consists of a 9×9 matrix puzzle in which several of the squares are filled in with numbers. To solve each puzzle, players must complete the number matrix using logic and memory by filling in the puzzle so that the numbers follow a consecutive horizontal or vertical path from 1 to 81.
“We’re excited to give our readers another platform to enjoy the Parade experience,” Allison Werder, senior vice president of business development, said in a statement. “Over 70 million people see Numbrix in Parade magazine each week and more than 10,000 loyal fans play Numbrix daily on Parade.com.”
The paid app was developed in partnership with Threemagination.
