Parade magazine has named Bobby Flay, chef, restaurant-owner and Food Network star, as a contributing editor. Flay will write a column called “Cook It!”, launching on Jan. 31.
“Bobby is one of America’s best-loved and talented chefs,” Parade Editor Janice Kaplan said in a statement. “Having him share his recipes and food expertise in America’s best read magazine is a natural fit. It’s fun to work with him, and we’re delighted to have him on our team.”
Flay said his column will focus on “easy but surprising recipes.”
