Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc. (PCF) has entered a long-term agreement with Delivery Ink, a joint venture of Toronto Star and The Globe and Mail, to provide them and their distributors with a suite of proven, cloud-based technology solutions that range from data management and optimized routing, to carrier contracting and compensation, complaint management and reporting.
As the largest independent provider of newspaper distribution services in the United States, PCF is a well-matched partner for Canada’s principal provider of these very same services.
“We have a lot in common with Delivery Ink and we are very excited to share our lightning fast optimization software and distribution technology expertise with them,” says Kevin Daly, PCF Chief Operating Officer. “We face many of the same challenges in our own operations every day, which gives us a greater understanding and perspective to help Delivery Ink reach their goals and achieve new levels in distribution management.”
While their vast distribution operations are concentrated in the North East United States, PCF now offers the same specialized technologies they developed to support their own delivery service, to other distribution operations outside their footprint, anywhere in the world.
“What makes our Technology Solutions so unique,” says Kevin Daly, PCF Chief Operating Officer, “is that they are built on years of supporting the industry’s most demanding distribution clients. And, we offer many proprietary features and functions that make it easy to monitor, manage and optimize any delivery operation securely and reliably.”
