‘Pittsburgh P-G’ Columnist Samantha Bennett Nominated for NSNC Presidency

National Society of Newspaper Columnists Vice President Samantha Bennett has been nominated for a two-year term to succeed Mike Argento as NSNC president.

NSNC members will vote June 22 in New Orleans, on the last day of the organization’s annual conference.

Bennett is a columnist for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, while Argento writes for the York (Pa.) Daily Record.

Nominated to succeed Bennett to a two-year term as NSNC vice president is Phil Reisman of The Journal News in White Plains, N.Y.
