A full lineup of speakers from newspapers, magazines, TV, Web-only, and vendors has been announced for the 20th annual E&P/Mediaweek Interactive Media Conference and Tradeshow in New Orleans from May 6 to 7.
A new low hotel rate has just been announced: $139. Get it while you can.
This is the longest-running such gathering in the U.S. and also features the announcement of the 14th annual EPpy Awards winners for top online sites at a luncheon on May 7. Suburban Newspapers of America (SNA) will be partnering on several panels.
Titled “Real Results for a Lean Economy,” it all takes place at the Astor Crowne Plaza in the French Quarter.
Keynoters include bestselling author Michael Wolff, Vanity Fair columnist and Newser.com founder, and K.C. Estenson, senior VP and general manager of CNN.com.
Another appealing factor: the confab follows close on the heels of second weekend of JazzFest in New Orleans.
