The San Diego Union-Tribune is teaming up with online job search site Monster.com to launch a new co-branded Web site via the Union-Tribune’s redesigned Web site, SignOnSanDiego.com.
The alliance, announced on Monday, will give Union-Tribune readers access to Monster?s online tools, resources and advice, and will connect local job seekers with hiring companies.

Monster has similar alliances with more than 400 daily and weekly newspapers, including The Boston Globe and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, as well as more than 100 television outlets.
