Scarborough Research is looking to expand its market coverage. Currently, the research firm measures 81 of the top-tier designated market areas in the country and an additional 15 mid-tier markets.
“The marketplace receptivity and interest in our Mid-Tier services demonstrates that there is an escalating demand for our customers to understand consumer behavior in additional local markets,” Bob Cohen, president and CEO of Scarborough Research, said in a statement.
Scarborough measures retail shopping behavior, multimedia usage and lifestyle patterns of adults 18 and older on the local and national level.
“At Scarborough, we aspire to provide our clients with an indispensable local marketing tool that helps them make informed and targeted decisions,” Steve Seraita, executive vice president of sales for Scarborough, said in a statement.
