The San Francisco Examiner is changing hands once again.

Clarity Media Group said Friday that it is selling the newspaper to a consortium led by Black Press Group, a Canadian publisher.

The price tag wasn’t revealed, but it’s almost surely far less than the $20 million the Denver company spent on the paper seven years ago, before the print downturn hit full swing.
