Eight reporters for The Hunts Point Express went to work on Rafael Salamanca Jr., the district manager of Community Board 2 in the South Bronx.

What was he doing about the stop-and-frisk policy? How could he get more people to pick up after their pets? And did he think that board members — his bosses — should be removed for skipping meetings?
