Journalist Terry DeVine, who’s been a columnist and managing editor at The Forum newspaper for nearly three decades, is retiring this week.
DeVine spent most of his 27 years at The Forum as its managing editor. He became a columnist in 1999.
The 62-year-old DeVine says he’s always felt at home in a newsroom.
Earlier, he worked for The Associated Press in Minnesota and South Dakota.
DeVine has been fighting a bone marrow disorder, and his health is forcing him to retire Tuesday.
