PennySaverUSA.com, the Web site of the shopper publications of Harte-Hanks, is partnering with Community Papers of Michigan (CPM), the Minnesota Free Paper Association (MFPA), and Wisconsin Community Papers (WCP) for online classified ads.
?By working together, shopper publications and community papers across the country will capture online readers and continue to succeed in the online space by aggregating our local advertising content,? Loren Dalton, president of PennySaverUSA.com, said in a statement.
The new partners join other members including the Association of Free Community Newspapers, Midwest Free Community Papers, Southeastern Advertisers Publishers Association, and Community Papers of Florida.
?This group effort by the free paper associations to aggregate our classifieds will give us the strength we need to give our readers the best of both worlds — national access and local classifieds,? said Janelle Anderson, executive director of WCP, in a statement.
CPM includes over 90 free shoppers distributed throughout the state of Michigan. MFPA, which operates the Minnesota Classified Network, includes 73 free shopper pubs delivered to Minnesota households. WCP has 103 member publishers that mail or deliver free papers.
