Consumer Networks announced today that Tribune Interactive has completed a strategic investment in the company’s Boodle division. Boodle offers online coupons from such manufacturers as General Mills, SC Johnson, and Kimberly-Clark.
Additionally, Tribune Interactive entered into a distribution deal with Boodle, which will place online coupons on Tribune’s Web sites including latimes.com, chicagotribune.com, and newsday.com.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
