Vice is blacking out all its online channels for two hours on Wednesday to pressure Turkish authorities to release one of its journalists who has been held in a high-security prison for almost two months.

Mohammed Rasool was arrested on 27 August with two British Vice News journalists, Jake Hanrahan and cameraman Philip Pendlebury, while filming clashes between police and youth members of the Kurdistan Workers’ party (PKK) in the southeastern city of Diyarbakir.
