Ethel Park, a seven-year veteran of Vogue, will become the senior fashion editor of T: The New York Times Style Magazine on Monday.
Park will report to T editor Sally Singer and T fashion director Michelle Kessler-Sanders. “Ethel has fearless style, great instincts and an intuitive grasp of fashion’s role as an instigator in our culture,” Singer said in a statement.
At Vogue, Park was an editor, working first with Vogue’s editor at large, André Leon Talley, and then with Vogue fashion director Tonne Goodman. “While at Vogue she produced and executed the majority of Vogue’s celebrity cover shoots and fashion stories,” the Times announcement said.
Ms. Park received a bachelor of fine arts degree from Parsons School of Design, after which she worked at Roberto Cavalli as a public relations manager.
