‘Wash. Post’ Exec Elected To IAB Board


(Adweek IQ) Christopher M. Schroeder, CEO and publisher of Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive was among the 10 new board members recently elected to the Interactive Advertising Bureau. One third of the board is replaced each year, with officers holding three-year terms.

The other additions are Tim Armstrong, vice president of advertising sales at Google; Joanne Bradford, vice president and chief media revenue officer at MSN, Microsoft Corp.; Jason Devitt, CEO of Vindigo; William K. Furlong, founder and president and CEO of B2B Works; Robert Goldberg, senior vice president of sales, marketing and international operations at LookSmart; Mark Mariani, president of sales and marketing at SportsLine.com; Javier Saralegui, president of Univision Online; Jeffrey Schwartz, president and CEO of Autobytel; and Deborah J. Wilson, president and CEO of Weather.com.
