The Washington Post launched a new online technology review channel in a partnership with Reviewed.com.
Reviewed is a 10-year old company that publishes independent consumer electronics reviews. It will be featured in the washingtonpost.com’s technology section along with the paper’s technology writers including Rob Pegoraro, a personal technology columnists, and Brian Krebs, who covers consumer protection.
“Our technology section is popular because its coverage runs the gamut from huge technology firms to the individual consumer,” Jim Brady, executive editor of washingtonpost.com, said in a statement. “Reviewed.com really serves that individual consumer with its consistent and valuable product reviews — they are comprehensive, professional and edgy, which makes them a perfect fit on washingtonpost.com.”
Reviewed uses a scientific methodology combined with human analysis to arrive at a rating for each product.
