The Wall Street Journal Online has added “LiveNews,” a feature that provides readers with constant real-time updates to its home page.

?Our readers will now be provided news updates as soon as our editors update WSJ.com?s home page, so there is no need to refresh the page manually to get the most recent news,? said Bill Grueskin, managing editor of The Wall Street Journal Online, in a release. ?Our entire ‘What’s News’ section, with its top stories and breaking news, is updated in real time.?

“LiveNews” was created by Dow Jones Labs, and is latest in a series of innovations. The recently launched LiveQuotes on MarketWatch, which is published by Dow Jones is an application of technology that automatically updates market information.
