Not much of a write-up tonight. Just felt like pulling out an old favorite, one of the greatest rock songs of all time, Neil Young’s “Rockin’ in the Free World,” here with good buddies, Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam.

The song was notable, among other reasons, for Neil’s return to rocking and political/social songwriting, which culminated, a long time later, with last year’s “Living With War” CD. Funny, some felt his anti-war and anti-Bush lyrics were pretty harsh last spring.
